The same thinking we put into every proposal. Nothing you enter leaves your phone.
Waaree 590, 615 and 700 Wp modules at their true size, with walkways at the edges and rows spaced for the winter sun.
The sun’s path over your town every half hour of a typical day in each month, so shadows fall where they really will.
Any spot that would lose more than a fifth of its sunshine stays empty, and the plan tells you what is costing you.
It depends on the area left after walkways, the water tank, the stair room and shade, not on the size of the terrace alone. As a rule of thumb a plant needs 90 to 100 sq ft of shadow-free flat roof per kWp. The planner above lays real Waaree panel sizes on your actual roof and counts them for you.
A panel that sits in a tank’s or a parapet’s shadow for long stretches of the winter drags down the whole string it is wired into. We leave out any spot that would lose more than a fifth of its sunshine, and keep 30 cm clear around everything on the roof.
Often, on a Bengal terrace. Lifting the panels about 7 ft clears the parapet’s shadow, lets low tanks stay underneath, and leaves the terrace usable for drying clothes or a get-together. It costs more steel, so we show both options in the proposal.
It is a planning tool, not a survey. Shadows come from the sun’s real path over your town; generation uses the same band as our calculator. A site survey and a 3D model of your actual roof replace every number before you sign anything.
Send the plan on WhatsApp. We measure the roof, model it in 3D and put every line of the scope in writing.
